Shipping
We ship worldwide by a variety of methods and couriers. If you have a specific requirement please let us know and wherever possible we will accomodate your wishes.
Shipping outside the EU may result in additional fees from the courier and/or customs and excise. These are the responsibility of the customer. It is out of our hands as to whether parcels are selected for inspection and whether taxes, duties and fees are levied in relation to any given parcel.
Because the size and weight of the parts we offer varies hugely, the shipping price offered in the checkout is only an estimate.
Usually it is sufficient for most parcels, but if it is insufficient, we will contact you and ask for a supplement. You will also have the option of a full refund, which will be granted straight away without quibble if you so wish.
Additionally, if you feel the shipping price is too high for the parcel in question, please contact us and if we can ship it cheaper for you, we will.
How much will it cost:
For most parcels up to 20kg for shipping within the EU, the shipping estimator in the checkout is accurate. Larger or heavier parcels will be handled on an individual basis.
Outside the EU, the shipping estimator is based on a parcel up to around 3kg, and the size of a couple of shoe boxes, approximately.
